About Us

We are based in the Rossendale Valley and serve Rossendale and the surrounding areas. We are professional, reliable, and fully insured for all work carried out as well as being registered as an upper tier waste carrier and dealer.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

 

The difference between us and many other businesses offering house clearances is that we work in partnership with Storehouse – a compassion project providing quality used furniture, small household electricals and kitchenware to those in need at no cost via our referrals system through social services, local churches and charity partners.

We aim to use as many items as possible from your clearance to help the project Items we are unable to use for the project will be donated, sold, or recycled where possible. Any other items will be safely disposed of at a registered waste site.

Services Offered

Full & Part Clearances – We are happy to remove all the contents of the property or just the bulky bits.

Bereavements – We will provide a compassionate service to help you clear a home after a bereavement.

Downsizing – We can help you by clearing items you no longer need when moving to a smaller property.

Lofts, Garages, Sheds and Cellars – We clear them all, we are happy to go into the awkward spaces to make sure nothing has been missed.

Quotes & Payment

Once you have made an enquiry, we will arrange a convenient time to come and quote for the work.

There are no hidden costs, the price we quote is the price you pay. If you are happy with the price quoted, we will then arrange a time to carry out the work upon receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit. The balance will be required on the day the work is carried out, unless prior arrangements have been made during quotation.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash.

Terms

 

Upon our vehicle leaving the clearance property we will assume full legal ownership and responsibility for all items. Once the clearance has been completed, we are unable to return items due to them being donated, sold, recycled or disposed of.

Please let us know before the clearance commences if there is anything you have lost that you believe to be in the property and we will do our best to find and return it to you during the process.
